County property appraiser records show 209 house flips resold across Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco and Hernando counties in August 2026, down from 234 in July 2026 and up from 162 in August 2025. The median flip was bought for $250,000 and resold for $375,000 after 225 days, a median gross spread of $133,000 (versus $127,300 a year earlier). Pinellas County led with 94 flips, and 40% of the month’s flips resold within six months of purchase.
