County property appraiser records show 234 house flips resold across Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco and Hernando counties in July 2026, up from 223 in June 2026 and up from 177 in July 2025. The median flip was bought for $240,000 and resold for $389,500 after 218 days, a median gross spread of $144,450 (versus $115,000 a year earlier). Pinellas County led with 106 flips, and 42% of the month’s flips resold within six months of purchase.
